Does the IntranetComplete product require any IT or technical staff? No.  Our Intranets are fully hosted so there is no customer IT involvment required. Think of IntranetComplete as your IT/Technical department. Our staff will provide all the IT support you will need. So there is no costly investment in IT personnel. If you have a support issue, you can reach us by phone or by email.
How safe is my business data? Our secure login process prevents unauthorized access to our intranets. For additional security, we also provide a secure (SSL) connection which provides the same grade of security as banking and finanacial websites. SSL allow for data encryption during its transmission to/from the IntranetComplete servers.

Do I have to download any software for IntranetComplete? No. The only requirements are a web browser and an Internet connection. Also, our solutions work with any browser so Mac users or Windows users are accommodated equally.
